The Process


User Flow

We conducted a workshop with stakeholders from MOM to identify the key tasks performed in CRISP and determine the user groups involved.

Based on these groups, we developed two distinct user flows for the Agency Requestor and Application Requestor roles. One of the key challenges was the technical complexity of the project, hence several discussions with stakeholders and the AWS team were required to 
ensure the user flows aligned with each group's roles and responsibilities.

The user groups identified were:
