Wireframes


We collaborated closely with the AWS team to finalise the user stories, and once that was in place, we began creating the wireframes for the platform. Throughout the process, we regularly reviewed the content and wireframes with the technical team at AWS to ensure alignment with the technical requirements and feasibility for implementation.

Based on the stakeholder’s feedback, we learned that:
  • The UI should be clear, straightforward, and easy to understand, especially for users who are not tech-savvy.
  • The functionality must be flexible and future-proof, allowing users to customise and select options as needed.
  • The technical complexity should be minimised for a smoother user experience.

When transforming these wireframes into high-fidelity designs, we ensured that the components used adhered to MOM’s DX+ design library. The process involved multiple revisions due to various technical constraints and considerations. The approval process involved several levels, including:

  1. Internal Team + AWS
  2. MOM Business Analyst
  3. MOM Stakeholders
  4. Design Authority Forum
  5. DX+ Team

As our stakeholders are the primary users of this platform, we conducted an internal review of the designs with them and the tech team to ensure that the designs were feasible and met the outlined requirements.
